Must know

• We use metallic & pastel latex balloons. Helium is not advised for home setups.
• Removable tapes are used so walls and paint stay safe.
• Photos shown are of original Shiv setups. Similar look is created at your venue.
• Some extra items may need confirmation for same-day bookings.
• The time you confirm is the completion time of decoration.
• Decorator contact is shared after booking confirmation.
• Please keep a stool or ladder ready for ceiling work.
• Decoration stays best for up to 24 hours.

Cancellation & refund

• Cancel 1 day or more before the event and your advance is refunded within 2 working days.
• Same-day cancellations: advance amount is retained as cancellation fee.
• If weather or government restrictions stop the setup, advance is refunded.
